Booking Conditions
In the interests of health and safety and the comfort of ourselves and all guests
we regret that we cannot accept smokers or pets.
A non returnable deposit of £100
per week will be required to confirm booking and full payment is required approximately
8 weeks before the commencement of the holiday. A returnable security deposit will
be requested for £200 to cover any breakages or damage.
This attractive house sleeps up to 10 people and includes a private pool, laundry
room and large
double garage.
The house is situated within a short drive to nearby
supermarkets, shops, restaurants, golf courses and
of course all of Disney's attractions.
The Accommodation comprises of four bedrooms, master bedroom with en-suite facilities,
second
double bedroom with en-suite and two further twin bedded rooms with a shared bathroom.
The living room is equipped with cable TV, DVD player and Playstation.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, instant ice maker, dishwasher, breakfast table and chairs.
The dining area seats six people ideal for a formal meal or a relaxing take-away.
A covered lanai with fully screened 28ft x 14ft heated pool, sunbathing deck and
furniture.
(There is an additional charge for heating the pool, this is normally not
needed in the summer months.)
